  Community sponsors are promoted via social media on the primary race day(s) they sponsor. Every community sponsor is promoted via this website, with a blog post, a link on the race page they sponsor, and a featured sidebar link for a minimum of 3 months up to 1 year per race promotion. Community sponsors receive a brand promotional photoshoot.

  Primary Sponsor

  Primary sponsors get their name on at least one race jersey. The race you will be promoted at depends on date of sponsorship in relation to the race date, for production purposes jerseys take 2-6 weeks to manufacture. You will receive a goodies thank you bag. Premium sponsors will also receive 1 in-person promotion (for retail only).

Sponsoring is More like hiring a Brand Ambassador than Donations

 

Create unique brand appeal at races by sponsoring Desaraev. As your brand ambassador our team builds community engagement through brand awareness. Desarae and other brand ambassadors cultivate social media relationships with a community interested in a healthy lifestyle. Many of our readers are fellow racers interested in style and technology. Primary sponsors will also have their logos featured on the website or jerseys. Brands that are chosen for representation, are selected because we believe in them. Desarae has been a brand ambassador for over 13 years for companies like Proctor and Gamble, Pepsi, Bacardi, Pantene, and more. Over the course of 2012-2013 she has received her barre, sculpt and 200 hour training for power yoga. In the future she hopes to compete in a week long adventure race in Europe battling real challenges in mother nature. For the 2013 season, as of July 1, she is registered for 16 races (including past races). During the day she works as a UI designer for General Dynamics. At night she teaches private yoga classes to mom’s who can’t get away. In May she created Iowa Community Yoga, a philanthropy to encourage Des Moines residents to take up their yoga practice. These classes are offered on a free-will donation basis with 20% of the proceeds for most classes going to charity.

Sponsorship opportunities begin before race day.

Depending on the size and capacity of the event their are multiple promotional opportunities.

• Event listing on hundreds of nation-wide event calendars (based on price points)

• Vendors (food, post-race snacks, post-race party, pre-race party (for fun runs), shirts, shoes, brand booths)

 

Media coverage is note guaranteed to sponsors except pre-paid advertising. Media coverage maybe sought out for events and sponsors.
